In this group we will be exploring the topic of 
Meeting Limitations: in life and on your mat.

Through conversation and intentionally designed asana flows we will build awareness of the habitual psychological patterns that arise when you meet limitations, both in your life and on your yoga mat. Together we will explore how these unconscious reactions to limitation create and/or perpetuate suffering. With guidance you will create an personalized embodied practice that will support you in living differently and creating meaningful change in your life.
You can expect to leave this group with:


A greater awareness of your emotional, cognitive and behavioral patterns- on the mat and in your wider life


A feeling of being seen,heard and held in community


Knowledge about how to make your yoga (asana) practice a more effective tool for your unique mental health challenges and needs

All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
